Dr. Constantine Stephanou Licourinos, a logician, mathematician, noetic variabilities engineer, psychiatrist, business consultant, philanthropist  and author of specialized titles on management, the economy, organizational psychology, psychiatry and information systems, is Ex-Fellow of Research of the SGI (Strategic Geographic Initiative) with a degree of ranking commander, 1984-2001, as part of the global effort to support the Star Wars System introduced by the Ronald Reagan Administration. He sustains the positions of: Private Counselor to the Government of the United States of America on Global Strategic Issues; Head of Research for the American Government for PL-RCi Cognition Processing Structures; Researcher for W-A-A-R (Wide Arrayed Analysis Randomizer) Automatons for the U.S. Government; Researcher for Global Archomechanical Computing Models for the Governments of U.K., U.S. and Japan, and Sweden; Private Counselor for Technology and Economy Matters, Japanese and Swedish Government; Advisor to the American Government for Convergent Technologies; Ex-Private Advisor to the ex-PrimeMinister of Japan Junichiro Koizumi.
